Proven experience as a Secretary, preferably in the real estate sector Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Attention to detail and accuracy in work Knowledge of real estate processes and terminology is a plus
