Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Secretarial and Document Control
  • Establish and maintain an organized documentation system.
  • Record Keeping and Collaborate with team members to facilitate the smooth flow of document-related processes.
  • Distributing documents to the relevant people, departments or organizations, and letting them know when they need to take action on a document as part of a process
  • Managing the Project Logs for all materials submittals, samples and drawings
  • Keen managing for Outlook mail box
  • Distribute project-related copies to internal teams
  • Updating and maintaining document management systems and physical records.
  • Knowledge in Vendor/Supplier Portal Registration
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Document Controller, with a specific focus on archiving.
  • In-depth knowledge of archiving best practices and document management systems.
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant legal and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • 2-4 years years of experience
  • Work background in civil and landscaping
