Document and document management: Organizing and classifying electronic and paper documents using document management and filing systems. Also ensuring proper copying, naming and organizing files to facilitate easy and convenient retrieval of data and access to required information.
Document auditing: Developing and implementing document auditing and inspection processes and procedures to ensure consistency, efficiency and compliance with organizational policies and standards. This may include preparing, reviewing, approving, distributing and archiving documents.
Quality assurance: The employee examines the quality of documents and verifies their authentication procedures. And ensures that they meet the requirements, standards and regulatory guidelines specified by the company or organization's management.
Document tracking: Tracking and monitoring the status and progress of documents throughout their movement. From their creation until they are filed. And ensuring that their completion matches the specified timelines for completing the approval process and completing them before their deadlines for delivery.
Distributing and retrieving documents: to and from users as needed to complete their work. Providing access to confidential documents when necessary, ensuring the security of sensitive information. Collaborating with audit and inspection officers: Assisting in internal and external audits, inspections and matters related to legal document procedures. Providing documents and evidence to demonstrate compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
