Reception & Administrative Support:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Manage office supplies, coordinate maintenance, and handle administrative tasks.
Schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring proper coordination.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
SAP Business One & MS Office Tasks:
Input and retrieve data from
SAP Business One
for inventory, purchasing, sales, and finance operations.
Generate reports and track business operations using SAP B1.
Utilize
Microsoft Excel
for data analysis, reporting, and maintaining spreadsheets.
Prepare presentations, reports, and documents using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Assist the finance and operations team with document preparation and data entry tasks.
Organize and archive records efficiently for easy retrieval.
Update, track, and maintain document logs for approvals and revisions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations for document control.
Assist in the preparation of reports, manuals, and other required documentation.
