Job Description

URGENTLY required Document Controller / Secretary (preferably Female - Arabic / Philippine national only) in a reputed contracting company in Dubai, UAE. Those having more than 2 years of UAE experience can apply, please send your CV to our email address: aims.hrdept@gmail.com

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible, liaise with and support project teams on all aspects of document control; (•MEP,• •Architectural and Structural/Civil•)•,• rendering secretarial and administrative services

Responsible for all incoming and outgoing emails, letters, project submittals and filing system.

Maintains all files (Correspondences, Drawings, Contract Agreements, Specifications, Submittals, Inspection Requests, Request for Information, etc) within the Filing Department

Prepare and issue Correspondences, Contract Agreements, Project Submittals, Organization Charts, Cost Comparison Analysis, etc

Takes and transcribes notes and dictation, especially during project meetings

Manage and updates Project Coordination Meetings; notify the teams of the changes; setup meetings as instructed or as required, and notify all necessary parties

Responsible for assisting in payroll, human resources and administrative activities.
