Document Controller / Mechanical & Electrical Engineer

We are looking for a highly organized

Document Controller / Mechanical or Electrical Engineer

to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling

document management, vendor registrations, ADNOC prequalification, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Document Management & Control

- Organize, store, and manage all project-related documentation efficiently.

Vendor Registration & ADNOC Prequalification

- Assist in the registration process for vendors and ensure compliance with ADNOC and other client requirements.

Client Coordination

- Manage client interactions, follow up on project documentation, and maintain professional communication.
?

Email Management

- Draft, send, and respond to official correspondence related to project documentation.
?

Technical Support (Mechanical / Electrical Engineering)

- Support engineering teams with documentation, compliance, and technical reporting.

Requirements:

Qualification:

Diploma/Degree in

Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

.

Experience:

2+ years in

document control, vendor registration, or ADNOC prequalification

.

Sponsorship:

Preference for candidates on

Father/Husband sponsorship

.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of document management systems. Experience with ADNOC registration & vendor prequalification. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent organizational & communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
