Job Title: Secretary / Document Controller

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Secretary / Document Controller in a Construction company in UAE.
- Provide full secretarial and admin support for Project Manager to ensure the smooth running of the operations.
- Prepare Correspondence.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Keeping inventory records and maintaining office supplies.
- Attending incoming calls and redirect them when necessary.
- Scheduling meetings and conferences.
- Handling Suppliers and subcontractors payment requests.
