To provide comprehensive administrative, financial, and trade-related support to the CEO, ensuring smooth business operations, regulatory compliance, and efficient coordination of trade and financial activities.
3. Key Responsibilities
Personal Secretary Duties
Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle correspondence, calls, and emails on behalf of the CEO.
Organize and prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive business and personal matters.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for meetings, events, and project updates.
Trade Finance Responsibilities
Oversee trade documentation, including invoices, contracts, shipping documents, and customs clearance.
