We are looking for

Receptionist/Admin

for our Abu Dhabi office.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of mail, administrative work, and phone calls).

Responsibilities

Act as first point of contact for visitors Offering and serving coffee for guests Looking over office/pantry supplies and cleanliness Answer and direct phone calls Organise and schedule appointments. Book travel arrangements.

Qualifications

High school diploma or relevant work experience Ability to maintain a positive attitude Excellent communication skills, Arabic Speaker preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and visitors, arrange meeting rooms, coordinate all tasks related to the office, set up Answers and direct phone calls. Ensure the office cleaning and implement covid precautions. Responsible for travel management including ticketing, transportation and accommodation, prepares itineraries; maintains travel vouchers and records. Assist with event planning and implementation. Monitor and maintain office supplies, ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
