We are looking for Secretary / Purchaser to assume the duty of clerical, purchasing and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office.
As a Secretary cum Purchaser you need to be:
• Responsible on receiving, sending and doing the responses on company emails
• Answering the telephone promptly and courteously
• Organizing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
• Carrying out basic clerical duties
• Dealing with payments and invoices
• Purchasing materials needed in the office or in the production.
Skills & Qualifications
• Proven work experience as a Secretary, Front Office Representative or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Customer service attitude
