• Controlling company and project documentation
• Following and improving document control procedures
• Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards
• Ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion
• Have knowledge to use Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
• Serves clients by identifying their needs.
• Have knowledge to create a Quotation as per Clients request/needs
• To follow up the status of Sales Quotation
• Have knowledge to create LPO
• Planning and organizing to improve the productivity by contacting customers/clients to arrange appointments and ensuring have high-quality, up-to-date support.
• Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging and scheduling. Provides service and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
• Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain the sales list.
• Having an experience of working in a construction company is a must
• The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
• Day to day task from HR Manager for assisting on hiring process, visa processing and HR monitoring list.
• Preferably lady applicant

Experience:
• SECRETARY CUM HR ASSISTANT: 2 years (Preferred)
