  • Serve as a receptionist
  • Maintain diaries and arrange appointments
  • Respond to calls, take messages and handle correspondence
  • Implement new procedures and administrative systems
  • Assist in typing and preparing reports
  • Organize and service meetings
  • Prepare emails, memos and letters
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Organize and distribute messages
  • Maintain confidential department files or records
  • Conduct any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree in a relevant course
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working as a secretary in a reputable company
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Exceptional filing and recordkeeping skills
  • Proficiency in managing documents, spreadsheets as well as databases
  • Good communication skills required
  • Ability to handle front office duties
  • Asian candidates are preferred
