Secretary cum Cashier

:

We are seeking a well-organized, professional, and proactive Secretary cum Cashier to join our team. This role combines secretarial responsibilities with cashier duties, requiring excellent communication, organizational skills, and a high level of professionalism in the workplace. The ideal candidate will handle a range of administrative and financial tasks while ensuring smooth coordination across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily cashier duties, including handling petty cash, receivables, and reconciling accounts.

Oversee cash management processes, including tracking expenses and processing payments.

Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and greet office visitors professionally.

Serve as a central communication point between the Sales, Production, and other internal teams, ensuring clear and timely coordination.

Follow up on the delivery and receipt of materials, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Liaise with customers and suppliers, addressing queries, orders, and other business needs.

Maintain and manage vehicle licenses and company license renewals, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Ensure updated calendars, scheduling meetings with suppliers and customers as needed.

Support in maintaining accurate records of invoices, financial transactions, and customer accounts.

Tasks may vary depending on your skills and work requirements, including administrative duties.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

3+ years of proven experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on administrative, cashier, or HR functions.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial management software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Focus) is a plus.

Ability to build trustful relationships and network effectively within and outside the organization.

Professional at work, proactive, solution-oriented, and able to maintain a high level of integrity in all tasks.

Open to working a 12-hour shift to support the company's operational needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
