Secretary cum Accounts Assistant

We are seeking a diligent and organized Secretary with a minimal background in accounting procedure to support our administrative and financial operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks efficiently while possessing an understanding of accounting principles to assist with financial documentation and reporting. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
Maintain accurate financial records and data entry.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
Arrange and manage travel itineraries and logistics.
Record minutes of meetings and distribute accordingly.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field preferred.
Proven experience as a Secretary or Accounting Assistant for at least 2 years.
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Discretion and confidentiality.
