Job Description

Our company is looking for Secretary cum Accountant with at least minimum 2 years experience. A college graduate and must have a driver licensed is advantage. s. Maintains the agenda, plans appointments and meetings. Handles phone calls, Manages correspondence, maintains records, and assists in various administrative tasks. They ensure efficient coordination and support the team. Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (emails, letters, package etc... ) Performs clerical and administration task including letter memos, Invoice report and other documents. Must have knowledge in Odoo Software. Please send your CV
