Al Ain Equestrian and Shooting Club is looking for a detail-oriented and organized

Secretary

to join our team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in

Excel

, have a

background in costing and budgeting

, and preferably have

experience in the construction industry

.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform administrative and clerical tasks efficiently. Prepare reports, budgets, and cost estimates. Maintain and update records, files, and financial documents. Coordinate meetings and manage schedules. Assist with general office operations as needed.

Requirements:

Proficiency in basic Excel

(mandatory)

Experience in costing and budgeting

Preferably experienced in the

construction industry

Candidates on visit visa are preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills
