Job Overview



As a Secretary, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficient day-to-day operations of the office. You will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring effective communication within the organization.

Duties



Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls Maintain office files, records, and databases Schedule appointments and meetings Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies Provide general administrative support to staff as needed Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls. Provide administrative support to the team and management.

Requirements:



Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software. Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or in Office Management is advantageous Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Benefits:



Competitive salary range of AED 2,000 to AED 2,500 per month.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
