Secretary
Your role

• Providing high-level administrative support to the Managing Director.
• Managing executive calendars and scheduling appointments while prioritizing based on goals.
• Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Organizing and maintaining files and records.
• Conducting research and compiling data as needed.
• Assisting with meeting preparation, including agenda creation and document distribution.
• Handling confidential information
• Manage and update departmental dashboards to track progress towards business targets.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure proactive alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate with the Manager to attain Personal and Professional goals

Preferred skills and qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a secretary or in a similar role for a minimum of 4 years.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English . Arabic an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
