We are a group of companies looking for SECRETARY/ACCOUNTANT for our OFFICE in AJMAN, Dubai.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Female with a pleasing personality, at least 2 years' experience as a secretary and accountant.
• Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
• Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• can do bank transactions like: bank transfer, cash deposits etc.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must be quick professionals with great time-management and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Can join immediately

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
