Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary to join our team.
The ideal candidate will support the management team with administrative tasks, ensure the smooth operation of office activities, and maintain a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior staff.
Draft, format, and proofread documents, reports, emails, and presentations.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Oversee office supplies, ensuring adequate stock and coordinating with suppliers for restocking.
Arrange travel, visas, and accommodations for employees and executives as needed
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
Aid in administrative tasks for HR and Finance teams as needed
Qualifications
• Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience : Minimum 3-5 years in a secretarial or administrative role, preferably in a shipping company
• Skills : Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Language Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
