Overview:
We are looking for a Secondary Specialist to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in the Dubai real estate market, but we also welcome freshers with strong English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Assist clients in buying and selling secondary properties, providing expert guidance throughout the process.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on property values and trends.
- Sales Support: Help in marketing properties and negotiating deals to ensure successful transactions.
- Documentation: Manage necessary paperwork and ensure compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years in Dubai real estate preferred; freshers with excellent English skills encouraged to apply.
