The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Secondary Sales Manager to join our expanding real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales in the secondary market, developing strong relationships with clients, and leading a motivated sales team to achieve exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in the secondary real estate market. - Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing training and support to enhance their performance. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. - Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management. - Coordinate with marketing teams to create targeted promotional strategies for secondary sales initiatives. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly and effectively. - Manage sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads and prospects.



Requirements

Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry, specifically in secondary sales. - Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and its dynamics. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to engage clients and motivate the sales team. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. - Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus. - Fluency in English must be a western candidate
