Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring top-notch service and client satisfaction.
Training and Development: Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor individual and team performance, offering guidance and support to maximize sales.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Compliance: Ensure that all team activities and transactions comply with legal and company regulations.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on team performance
Qualifications: Proven experience in real estate sales, with a minimum of 2 years in leadership or team management roles in UAE.
