Position Overview:
We are looking for proactive and experienced Secondary Market Real Estate Agents to join our team. In this role, you'll focus on buying and selling pre-owned (secondary market) properties, assisting clients with expert market knowledge, and helping them find properties that meet their needs and goals. The ideal candidate is well-versed in market trends, highly organized, and committed to delivering exceptional client service.
Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in buying and selling secondary market properties, including residential and commercial units
• Conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing property features and benefits
• Provide clients with accurate and comprehensive market insights, pricing, and investment potential
• Build and maintain client relationships, offering personalized property recommendations and support throughout the transaction process
• Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable deals
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the real estate market, area developments, and competitive properties
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings through various channels, including online platforms and social media
• Facilitate property valuations and work closely with property management and legal teams to streamline transactions
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a real estate agent, preferably in the secondary property market
• Strong knowledge of the real estate industry, market trends, and regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Real estate license (as required by local regulations)
• Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and online listing platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
• Established network in the real estate industry
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
