We are currently seeking a dedicated Secondary Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for growth in the real estate industry with a focus on secondary market transactions.

:

- Client Management: Serve as a point of contact for clients interested in secondary market real estate transactions.

Understand client needs and preferences to provide personalized service.

- Property Research: Conduct thorough research on secondary market properties, including their market value, zoning regulations, neighborhood trends, and potential for appreciation.

- Listing and Marketing: Assist in listing secondary market properties for sale or lease.

Develop effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers or tenants.

- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of secondary market transactions on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable outcomes.

- Documentation: Prepare and review contracts, leases, deeds, and other legal documents related to secondary market transactions.

Ensure all paperwork is accurate and complies with legal requirements.

- Market Analysis:Stay updated on market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes affecting the secondary real estate market.

Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on market conditions.

- Client Representation: Represent clients during property showings, inspections, and appraisals.

Act as a liaison between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to facilitate smooth transactions.

- Customer Service: Maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.

- Compliance: Adhere to real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards in all transactions and interactions.

Requirements:

- 2 to 4 years in Secondary Real Estate experience is must .

- Knowledge of local real estate market trends, property management principles, and legal requirements.

- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Attention to detail and proficiency in document preparation and review.

Salary - 2500 to 3000 Aed + comm
