We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Consultant to join our dynamic team . The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the secondary real estate market,

with a proven track record of sales and client satisfaction.

As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, providing expert advice, and facilitating transactions that meet both buyer and seller expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and social media.

- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.

- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on property solutions/services.

- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

Requirements:

- Proven 2 years of experience as a Property Consultant or similar role in the secondary real estate market.

- Proven track record of successful sales and client satisfaction.

- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).

- Understanding of real estate procedures, laws, and regulations.

- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Customer-oriented and results-driven approach.

Salary - 2500 to 3000 Aed + comm
