Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Seaman with full STCW certification to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maritime operations, a keen attention to detail, and a dedication to maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general deck duties including mooring, anchoring, and cargo handling.
• Assist in navigation and watchkeeping duties as required.
• Ensure the vessel is maintained in a clean and seaworthy condition.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of all crew members and passengers.
• Participate in emergency drills and respond appropriately to emergency situations.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of deck equipment.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods and supplies.
• Maintain accurate logs and records as required by company and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid STCW certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Seaman in a full-time capacity.
• Strong knowledge of maritime safety practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical fitness and ability to perform demanding tasks.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

Requirements:

• Must be immediately available and currently residing in the UAE.
• Valid UAE residency or work permit.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
