Job Title: Seal Maker CNC Operator (Hydraulic & Pneumatic Seals)

Location: Mussafah, Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Seal Maker CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in operating CNC machines to manufacture hydraulic and pneumatic seals with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and program CNC machines to manufacture hydraulic and pneumatic seals.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Select the appropriate materials and tools for machining seals.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machines to ensure smooth operation.
• Follow safety protocols and company guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Seal Maker CNC Operator, specifically in hydraulic and pneumatic seals.
• Proficiency in CNC programming and operation.
• Strong knowledge of different seal materials (PTFE, PU, NBR, etc.).
• Ability to work with tight tolerances and precise measurements.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Salary:

• From AED 3000 to AED 4000 Based on Experience
• Plus Accommodation and Transportation.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Saturday
• 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
