Our Clinical Diagnostic Division (CDD) is looking for its Field Application Specialist (H/ F) for MENA and West Africa.
The Field Applications Specialist (FAS) will ensure efficient use of technologies, products, and services, giving support and advice to Channel Partners and customers. The FAS will also provide support and training to the Sales Team. This position will provide support in relation to supplied analyzers and reagents, ensuring our Channel partners & customers' needs are met and matched to our capabilities. The position is based in Casablanca or Rabat, remotely (Morocco).
Job Responsibilities:
Provide support to the Commercial team, Customers, and Channel Partners regarding technical information of Clinical Chemistry product ranges, applications, perform product validation and test methods, which included liaising with Technical Service. Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and preparing reports.
Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, and Skills:
Education: Master's degree in a medical field, analytical chemistry, molecular biology, or life sciences. Equivalent experience in these fields is also acceptable. Clinical experience: Used to work in a clinical setting, such as a hospital or healthcare facility. Background in clinical workflows, protocols, and practices. Technical proficiency: in using clinical software, medical devices, and other related technology. Ability to solve technical issues to help end-users. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, French, and Arabic, with the ability to convey clinical information in a clear and concise manner. Presentation and training skills. Building strong and positive relationships with healthcare professionals by taking the lead. Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address clinical and technical challenges efficiently. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced and complicated environment. Ready to travel up to 70% of time, in the defined territory and in other areas as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical expertise: Serve as the primary resource for healthcare professionals, offering in-depth knowledge of products. Answer questions, address concerns, and provide guidance to ensure efficient utilization and outcomes. Training and education: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to healthcare professionals, both remotely and in-person. Train end-users on the accurate use, application, and maintenance of our products. Continuously update training materials to reflect the latest advancements and standard processes. Product implementation: Collaborate with multi-functional teams to support the successful implementation of our clinical solutions. Assist with installation, configuration, and problem-solving, ensuring integration into healthcare facilities. Continuous support: Act as a point of contact for diagnostic laboratories, providing support and mentorship post-implementation. Address any technical or clinical issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring customer happiness and retention. Support Sales Team during pre-sales and post-sales visits. Product feedback and improvement: Collect feedback from healthcare professionals regarding our products' performance, usability, and overall efficiency. Relay this information to the appropriate teams for further analysis and potential product enhancements.
