Lead in-house new process technology development, scale up & implementations in commercial plants. Provide technology support to commercial plants for the shutdown, turnover, and re-commissioning as needed. Provide trouble-shooting & Root cause analysis support and drive problem resolution for commercial plants. The technologist is also expected to provide support in Growth ProjectsKey Responsibilities:
Provide trouble-shooting & Root cause analysis support for commercial plants
Development of Plant wide Model in Aspen Plus or similar software
Guide the Plant Improvements/Performance based on model outcomes
Participate in in-house new process technology development, scale up & implementations in commercial plants
Design and supervise pilot plant experimental runs including data interpretation and reporting
Collect and interpret plant process data for recommendations and optimization
Actively contribute to plant safety and quality programs.
Requirements:

Preferably holds a Masters or PhD degree
Masters degree with a minimum of 15 years of experience, or PhD with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Technology Development, Plant Support, Modeling, and Optimization
Demonstrated strategic thinking and planning abilities
Strong leadership skills to effectively collaborate and influence individuals from diverse disciplines and cultures
Ability to create, foster, and drive a culture of innovation within the organization.
