The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Science to middle school students, with a focus on fostering critical thinking, scientific inquiry, and a love for learning. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Science to middle school students, with a focus on fostering critical thinking, scientific inquiry, and a love for learning. Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons to middle school students, following the CBSE curriculum and educational standards.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and inquiry.
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Assess student learning through formative and summative assessments and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a safe and conducive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and activities that integrate Science with other subjects.
- Incorporate technology into teaching practices to enhance learning experiences and student engagement.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school events as required.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support student progress and well-being.
- Stay updated on developments in the field of Science education and implement best practices in teaching.
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Science.
- Certified teaching qualification such as B.ed
- Minimum of 2 years\' experience teaching Science at the middle school level.
- Experience teaching the National Curriculum for England or an equivalent curriculum.
- Strong subject knowledge in Science.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with educational technology and its integration into teaching practices.
