Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors with a positive attitude.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries professionally.
  • Manage the schools front desk operations, including handling mail and scheduling appointments.
  • Maintain student records and update the school database as needed.
  • Assist with attendance tracking and report absences to appropriate staff.
  • Coordinate and assist with school events, meetings, and parent-teacher conferences.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, copying, and document preparation.
  • Ensure the front office is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
