Contract: 2 yearsSchool Overview: This is a multi-cultural, caring community in which the children are encouraged to become independent thinkers and learning from an early age within a safe and positive environment. Each individual child is valued, nurtured and encouraged to reach their full potential whilst developing a love of learning. The majority of the learning is based on the UK Curriculum which including links to the UAE culture. The primary school runs from KG to Year 6 which the children can make a smooth transition to the secondary school. The secondary school currently offers up to A level. The core subjects of Maths, English, Science, Computing, Humanities are studied in years 1-6, with streaming according to the ability in English and Math in Years 3-6.Requirements:As Principal you will responsible for the leadership and day to day management of the school. You should be a dynamic and enthusiastic school leader with proven leadership qualities and a clear strategic vision keen to commit to the success of a British brand Private school in Abu Dhabi. You will be equipped with excellent communication skills and an ability to lead the school and ensure effective teaching and learning throughout the school. You should be a problem solver who can manage change effectively yet sensitively. Organisation skills are key.

• Qualified and ideally with Masters in Education or leadership
• UK curriculum background is essential
• Ideally you will have held a leadership role in the MENA region previously therefore having a clear understanding of the UAE culture
• Ability and willingness to inspire others; leading by example and role modelling school\'s vision statement.
• Excellent pedagogy
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to develop excellent relationships with parents and other stakeholders
