Job Title: School Partnership Manager

Location: Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), Dubai

What You'll Do:

• Build Relationships : Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with schools across the region, ensuring their staffing needs are met with rTriibe's innovative solutions.
• Promote rTriibe's Services : Champion our platform and subscription packages to schools, highlighting the benefits of streamlined recruitment and professional development for educators.
• Client Support : Act as the primary point of contact for schools, understanding their unique challenges and providing tailored solutions to meet their staffing and professional development needs.
• Drive Growth : Proactively identify new opportunities within the education sector, bringing new schools on board and growing rTriibe's presence in the region.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and internal stakeholders to ensure the best match between schools and candidates.
• Deliver Excellence : Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

What We're Looking For:

• A proven track record in sales, account management, or client relationship management.
• Experience in the education sector is a plus but not essential.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment.
• A team player who is adaptable and innovative.
• Located in or willing to relocate to Dubai.
