Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced, proactive and result-driven individual to join our team as an School Outreach-Team Leader at Synergy University, Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the school outreach team to achieve student recruitment targets by developing and implementing strategies to engage with schools, educational institutions, and educational organizations to promote Synergy University Dubai and recruit prospective students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage the school outreach team to achieve recruitment targets.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive school outreach strategy to identify, engage, and build relationships with schools, educational institutions, and educational organizations locally and internationally.
• Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment with goals and provide necessary support along with regular quality checks.
• Collaborate with academic departments and admissions staff to develop promotional materials, presentations, and workshops to showcase Synergy University Dubai programs, facilities, and offerings to school administrators, teachers, students, and parents.
• Organize and conduct school visits, information sessions, and career fairs to promote Synergy University Dubai and educate students about higher education opportunities and pathways.
• Establish and maintain partnerships and collaborations with schools, educational institutions, and educational organizations to facilitate student referrals, joint programs, and articulation agreements.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of school outreach initiatives and activities, track and analyze metrics and performance indicators, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in school outreach and recruitment, and make recommendations for strategic adjustments and innovations.
• Prepare and present regular reports, analyses, and updates on school outreach activities, performance, and outcomes to senior management.
• Track and analyze recruitment data to assess the effectiveness of outreach strategies and team performance.
• Use data insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to the outreach strategy.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities on CRM and follow-up communication with prospective students.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with school administrators, teachers, students, and parents.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in both written and oral communication in English. (Hindi/Arabic language is a plus)
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed.
