1. Taking Minutes of the Meeting:
• Attend meetings and accurately record minutes.
• Prepare and distribute minutes to relevant parties in a timely manner.
• Maintain an organized record of past meeting minutes.
2. Outlook Tracking Emails Regarding Project Tracking:
• Monitor and manage the Outlook email account for project-related communications.
• Ensure timely responses to emails and follow up on pending items.
• Organize and track project progress through email correspondences and update relevant stakeholders.
3. Scheduling Meetings:
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all relevant parties are informed.
• Manage and update the meeting calendar.
• Arrange necessary resources and logistics for meetings (e.g., conference rooms, equipment).
Additional Responsibilities:
• Maintain an organized filing system for important documents.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ensure the office environment is maintained in a professional and organized manner.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Proven experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
