Hold a Bachelors degree in counselling, with a focus on working with young people and children in a school environment. A Masters degree or equivalent qualification is preferred
Have a minimum of four years counselling experience in an international school, covering all school stages (ages 318)
Proven track record of enhancing counselling and well-being services for students
Have a willingness to collaborate and share their outstanding practice
Have a growth mindset, whereby they are reflective and solution focussed
Possess excellent interpersonal skills to work closely with colleagues, students and parents
Have aspiration to work in a world-class school with real prospects for enhancing their career
