Job Type: Full-timeResponsibilities:
Assist students with boarding and exiting the bus safely.
Ensure students are seated and follow bus safety rules.
Monitor student behavior and maintain a safe environment on the bus.
Assist the bus driver with maintaining order and managing emergencies.
Help young or special needs students with their belongings and seating arrangements.
Communicate effectively with parents, students, and school staff.
Perform routine checks to ensure no students or belongings are left on the bus.
Report any incidents or concerns to the school administration.Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience working with children preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and handle emergencies or challenging behavior effectively.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
Physical ability to assist students and manage safety equipment.
