:We are hiring for Schneider NextGen Emirati Apprenticeship Program - 2024!We are looking for young talents who are looking to gain experience and exposure being part of the Schneider Electric Great People culture.You can do your apprenticeship between these dates:

• 16 weeks from 15th May \xe2\x80\x93 15th September 5 working days per week with the possibility to do a Hybrid working model (working from home).

• Student in their 3rd or last year of study are eligible to apply for the program; Apply before 14th of April 2024.
• Once you complete the application, if you match the application criteria, you will receive an invite for a digital interview.
• You should receive feedback on your application status by May 15, 2024.

You will be perfect...

• If you are 4th year undergraduate student who finished all the course requirements OR a graduate with max 1 year of experience.
• If you have a major in; electrical engineering \xe2\x80\x93 data science/analytics, or any other data related field \xe2\x80\x93 software \xe2\x80\x93 computer engineering \xe2\x80\x93 AI \xe2\x80\x93 eCommerce \xe2\x80\x93 renewable energy & sustainability.
• If you have a good command of English.
• If you able to work 5 full days a week (Hybrid).
• If you are passionate about to learn dynamics of commercial side of business.
• Key skills: digital literacy \xe2\x80\x93 commercial mindset \xe2\x80\x93 AI - critical thinking \xe2\x80\x93 disruptive mindset \xe2\x80\x93 sustainability and environmental awareness \xe2\x80\x93 curiosity \xe2\x80\x93 work collaboratively in diverse teams.
