Position: SCAFFOLDING FOREMAN

Experience: 2-3 YEARS

Location: UAE (Candidates must already reside in UAE)

Salary: AED 4,500- 5,000

Precon Engineering is seeking a skilled and experienced SCAFFOLDING FOREMAN to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience and must currently reside in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage scaffolding teams.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed.
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades.
• Inspect scaffolding structures for stability and safety.
• Maintain records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements:

• Experience in scaffolding and construction.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and equipment.
• Good hand-eye coordination and balance.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Certification in scaffolding (preferred).
