Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Scaffolder to join our team. The Scaffolder will be responsible for the assembly, disassembly, and maintenance of scaffolding structures, ensuring they are stable, secure, and comply with all safety regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will have experience working with scaffolding systems, a strong understanding of health and safety guidelines, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Scaffold Assembly and Disassembly:

Assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures on construction sites. Ensure scaffolding is stable, secure, and meets the design specifications. Inspect scaffold materials for damage or defects before use.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding and report any safety hazards or defects. Work with supervisors to maintain a safe working environment.

Quality Control:

Ensure scaffolding structures are built to the correct height, load capacity, and specification as per the project requirements. Follow drawings and plans to accurately construct scaffolds. Perform routine checks to ensure the scaffold remains safe and stable throughout the project.

Maintenance:

Maintain scaffolding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition. Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.

Teamwork and Communication:

Work closely with other scaffolders, construction workers, and supervisors to ensure timely project completion. Communicate effectively with site managers and other team members to address any issues or concerns.

Pay: AED1,100.00 - AED1,400.00 per month
