Job Summary: Looking for a Scaffolder in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

Collaborate effectively with the construction team, site managers, and other tradespeople to coordinate the setup, movement, as well as dismantling of scaffolding systems
Troubleshoot and resolve any scaffolding-related issues that may arise during construction
Maintain detailed records of scaffolding installations, inspections, as well as maintenance activities, keeping accurate documentation for compliance and auditing purposes
Check scaffolds for damage and replacing boards as needed
Ensure following safety regulations for scaffolding

Job Qualifications and Experience

The applicant must at least 2+ years of experience in the same role
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to scaffolding, with a strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
Should be able to conduct physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials as well as working at heights for extended periods
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Ability to identify and resolve scaffolding-related challenges efficiently
