Position overview:
Reporting directly to the ERP Security Manager, our future SAP Security & GRC analyst will be responsible for all aspects of security administration including role definition, access provisioning, access reporting, incident recognition, and follow-up. Also, providing advice and guidance to IT and Business personnel related to access risk and control standards
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Security and GRC ( Governance Risk and Compliance ) initiatives for the OneSAP template solution being developed and implemented in LEAR globally. Ability to integrate additional locations and/or systems into the GRC environment and processes, including updates to the supporting workflow, approver structure, and connectors. Provide Level 3 SAP Security and GRC support for already deployed LEAR locations. Coordinate improvements, enhancements, and upgrades to the GRC environment. Defines and operates centralized processes for SAP security administration. Document relevant LEAR SAP security and compliance procedures. Supports the analysis and design of 'standardized' roles for Business and OneSAP team users. Accountable for compliance activities including ensuring proper SOD, mitigating controls, and periodic user access reviews supporting 'least privilege' user access standards. Collaborates with technical support on SAP Security solutions related to technical architectures to align with, and meet, business objectives. Ensures all security procedures (auditing/monitoring activities) follow ITPM guidelines for SOX compliance. Utilize GRC and SAP Security design and procedures to protect and ensure the integrity of the LEAR business processes within the SAP template solution. Manage own work within the project team and ensure consistency and communication. Support SAP security changes resulting from enhancements and/or defects following change control processes. Coordinate activities with other LEAR OneSAP team members.
Key skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors or other degree in Business Administration or Computer Science (or equivalent education.) Experience of at least 7 years in the same position SAP Security design, development, and deployment expertise SAP Security development experience should be strong for modules FI/CO/MM/PP/SD and Basis Strong GRC configuration skills GRC Access Control expertise should include the ARA, EAM, BRM, and ARQ modules - including MSMP Workflow, BRF+ Strong troubleshooting skills within SAP Security and GRC Ability to support and identify process improvements for SAP Security and GRC Ability to work as part of a team. Proficiency in both English language, spoken and written
