Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated SAP Retail Application Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP applications, particularly within the retail sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in SAP, with expertise in integrating third-party applications, customizing reports, and designing dashboards. You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless integration between core SAP modules and third-party systems, enhancing operational efficiency across various locations in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP Configuration & Implementation:

Configure and implement SAP applications based on business requirements, with a focus on retail-specific needs. Provide first-level support for SAP applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.

• Retail Floor Expertise:

Demonstrate a deep understanding of the SAP retail floor module to ensure the system is optimized for sales, inventory, and other retail operations.

• Crystal Report Customization:

Design, customize, and optimize Crystal Reports for various business functions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

• API Integrations:

Handle API (Application Programming Interface) integrations between SAP and third-party applications, ensuring smooth data exchange and process automation.

• Third-Party Integration Knowledge:

Leverage your knowledge of third-party product integrations with SAP to improve system interoperability and support business processes.

• Cross-Functional SAP Integration:

Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth integration of core SAP modules, enhancing cross-functional workflows and data consistency.

• Reporting & Dashboards:

Develop and maintain SAP reports and dashboards, providing key insights to business stakeholders for data-driven decision-making.

• ERP/CRM Implementation:

Understand and support ERP/CRM implementations, ensuring the seamless flow of data between SAP and other enterprise systems.

• Travel Requirements:

Travel to client sites across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah as needed to support SAP implementations, troubleshooting, and ongoing project needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience:

2-5 years of experience configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP applications, particularly in retail environments.

• Technical Skills:

Strong programming skills, including proficiency in Crystal Reports design and customization. Experience with API integrations within SAP to third-party applications.

• Retail Expertise:

Good understanding of SAP Retail Floor module and how it integrates with other SAP modules and business processes.

• Cross-Functional SAP Knowledge:

Familiarity with core SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SD, FI/CO) and their cross-functional integration within the business.

• ERP/CRM Knowledge:

Experience with ERP and CRM systems, with a clear understanding of system integration and data flow across platforms.

• Problem-Solving:

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.

• Communication:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Travel Flexibility:

Willingness to travel to client locations in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in SAP (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate).
• Experience with other reporting tools or integration platforms.
• Prior experience in the retail industry and familiarity with retail-specific challenges and solutions.
