Hiring for Kuwait - SAP PS Support Officer

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP PS Support Officer to join our team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will have expertise in implementing and SAP PS modules, including Project Planning, Project Execution, and Project Accounting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent project management abilities, and effective communication skills.

Essential Job Roles:

• Implement and configure SAP PS modules, including Project Planning, Project Execution, and Project Accounting
• Hands-on configuration of following PS processes: Structures, Scheduling, Cost Planning, Budgeting, Project Procurement (Material and Services), Material Requirement planning, Assembly Processing, Resource-related billing, Time sheets, Progress Analysis, Results Analysis, Settlement, Overhead, Period-end Activities, and other project management activities in SAP PS
• Analyze business requirements and design solutions to meet client needs
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless integration
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements, Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; finalize process flow charts and design documents including integration with other SAP module processes
• Provide training and support to end-users
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance
• Experience of preparing test scenarios, detailed test scripts, conduct UT, SIT, UAT in line with test strategy.
• Stay up-to-date with SAP releases and best practices

Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or related field
• Strong knowledge of SAP PS modules and configuration
• Excellent project management and analytical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Experience with cross functional integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, PP, HCM & FI)
• 5 years of experience in SAP PS implementation and management
• Experience in Construction related projects
• Certification in SAP PS
• Familiarity with project management best practices
• Work Location Kuwait
