The SAP MM Sr Manager will lead a team of SAP MM professionals and work closely with other SAP module managers to ensure seamless integration across the SAP environment.Core Responsibility:System Management & Configuration:
- Oversee the implementation and configuration of the SAP MM module.
- Ensure the system meets the company's operational and business needs.
- Customize and configure SAP MM to align with business processes.Project Management:
Lead and manage SAP MM projects, including upgrades and enhancements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Team Leadership:
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of SAP MM specialists.
Provide training and support to end-users and other SAP teams.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.Functional /Technical Competencies Required:Deep understanding of SAP MM module and its integration with other SAP modules.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
SAP MM certification.
12 years of experience in a similar role
Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
Knowledge of other SAP modules (e.g., SAP SD, SAP PP, SAP FICO).
