Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP IS-H/IS-HMED (Industry-Specific Healthcare with Medical System Integration) Techno-Functional Consultant to support, enhance, and optimize our healthcare information system. The candidate must possess a blend of functional expertise and technical skills in SAP IS-H, IS-HMED, and related modules to deliver solutions tailored to hospital processes and clinical workflows.

? Configure, customize, and optimize SAP IS-H modules, including Patient Management Clinical Systems (CS), and Medical Documentation (MD) Parametrized documents(PMDs)

? Collaborate with healthcare professionals to align SAP IS-H solutions with hospital processes.

? Implement and support SAP IS-H•MED for clinical and medical functionalities, such as patient care, clinical orders, and results management.

? Monitor system performance and resolve operational issues to ensure seamless functioning

? Develop and enhance ABAP programs, interfaces, reports, and workflows specific to SAP IS-H.

? Implement and support clinical workflows such as physician documentation, clinical orders, and electronic medical records (EMR).

? Configure medical service catalogs, treatment plans, and diagnostic test workflows.

? Ensure real-time data flow between IS-H•MED and medical devices or systems.

? Design and manage integrations between SAP IS-H and third-party applications such as HIS, LIS, and RIS using tools like SAP PI/PO or APIs.

? Implement and maintain FHIR, HL7, and other healthcare data exchange protocols.

? Configure and manage Patient Management functionalities, medical documentation, Parametrized documents PMDs ,including patient admission, discharge, transfer, and billing workflows.

? Optimize case-based billing processes and support billing integration with external systems.

? Support operational processes like appointment scheduling, resource management, and insurance verification.

? Conduct rigorous testing of SAP IS-H functionalities during development, upgrades, and patches.

? Perform integration testing to ensure interoperability between SAP IS-H and other hospital systems.

? Develop training materials and conduct workshops for end-users and IT teams.

? Maintain up-to-date technical and functional documentation.

Technical Skills:

? SAP IS-H Modules: Expertise in Patient Management, medical documentation, Parametrized documents(PMDs), Billing, Clinical Systems, and Medical Documentation.

? SAP IS-H•MED Modules: Proficiency in clinical workflows, physician documentation, treatment planning, and diagnostic management.

? Programming: Advanced ABAP skills, including BAPIs, BADIs, enhancements, smart forms, and user exits.

? Integration Tools: SAP PI/PO, IDOCs, APIs, and integration with third-party systems like HIS, LIS, RIS, and PACS.

? Healthcare Standards: Experience with HL7, FHIR, ICD codes, CPT, and DICOM for data interoperability.

? Analytics: Strong skills in SAP BI/BW for healthcare-specific reporting and dashboards.

? Database Skills: SQL and database optimization techniques for SAP environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED15,000.00 per month
