SynopsisThe SAP Functional Lead (HCM & SuccessFactors) main role will be to manage and support the SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) and SuccessFactors function for the organization. In this role, you will manage and optimize SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules, providing technical support and enhancements to ensure that HR processes are seamless, efficient, and aligned with business goals.You will work closely with HR, IT, and other business units to implement, configure, and maintain integrate SAP HCM with S/4HANA and SuccessFactors solutions, focusing on employee lifecycle management, performance management, payroll, and learning & development. Your work will directly contribute to improving HR operations, employee experience, and overall organizational efficiency.Accountabilities
Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, providing expert guidance and support to HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
Configure and optimize SAP HCM modules (e.g., Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, Payroll) and SF modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation Management).
Lead and manage the integration of SF modules with S/4HANA, including payroll (SAP SF payroll) and finance modules.
Ensure seamless data flow between SAP HCM, SuccessFactors and external third-party applications through middleware (e.g. SAP Integration Suite, SAP BTP, APIxe2x80x99s and iFlows).
Collaborate with HR teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement SAP HCM and SuccessFactors functionality to meet business needs and HR objectives.
Provide system support and resolve technical issues related to SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, ensuring minimal disruption to HR operations.
Lead the implementation, testing, and support of SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Learning Management.
Manage the integration of SAP HCM with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP FI/CO for payroll) and external systems as necessary.
Work with the IT team on system upgrades, patches, and new releases of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, ensuring smooth implementation and minimizing operational impact.
Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures related to SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
Provide training and support to HR and end users, ensuring effective adoption of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors systems.
Monitor system performance and identify areas for continuous improvement to enhance the overall functionality and user experience.
Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and best practices related to SAP HCM, S/4HANA and SuccessFactors to proactively recommend improvements and innovations.
Education & Experience
Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field. A Masterxe2x80x99s degree or HR certifications are a plus.
Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience working with SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors, including configuration, implementation, and ongoing support.
Proven experience with SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, and Payroll.
Deep understanding of SAP HCM integrations with S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors Payroll (or third-party payroll systems).
Solid experience with SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning Management, and Recruiting.
Hands-on experience with system upgrades, new releases, and integrations within SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve SAP HCM and SuccessFactors issues efficiently.
Experience with data migration, testing, and reporting in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
