Overview:

We are seeking a skilled SAP ERP Implementation Specialist with a strong finance background to lead and manage the implementation and testing of SAP ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in ERP implementation, with a focus on finance modules, and will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless integration of financial processes into the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP Implementation:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP ERP systems from a finance perspective, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for financial processes.
• Configure and customize SAP finance modules (e.g., FI, CO, AP, AR, Fixed Assets) to meet business needs.

Testing and Validation:

• Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for finance-related functionalities.
• Identify and resolve system issues and discrepancies during the testing phase.
• Validate data migration accuracy and ensure the integrity of financial data.

Process Optimization:

• Analyze existing financial processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and accuracy within the ERP system.
• Ensure proper mapping of financial workflows and integration with other business functions.

Training and Support:

• Provide training and support to finance teams and end-users on SAP functionalities and best practices.
• Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving post-implementation issues.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards during implementation.
• Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and testing outcomes.

Qualifications and Key Requirements:

• Master/Bachelors in Finance, Accounting related fields
• At least 7+ years of experience.
• Proven experience in SAP ERP implementation, with a focus on finance modules.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, including GL, AP, AR, budgeting, and reporting.
• Proficiency in SAP FI/CO modules and ERP testing methodologies and Knowledge of data migration tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in managing and mentoring teams, with a focus on cost control, financial analysis, and project risk management.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
