The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and optimizing asset management processes using SAP EAM. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and management of assets within the organization.At least 2 projects completed in construction or Infra sector.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and Manage SAP EAM Modules: Configure and maintain SAP EAM modules, including Plant Maintenance (PM) and Material Management (MM).Process Optimization: Analyze and improve asset management processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.User Support and Training: Provide support and training to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of SAP EAM functionalities.Data Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date asset data within the SAP system.Integration: Work with IT and other departments to integrate SAP EAM with other business systemsCompliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Reporting: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor asset performance and KPIs.Project Management: Lead and participate in SAP EAM-related projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience working with SAP EAM, including configuration and implementation.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
